Pennsylvania based, the Smokin Bull Shack is owned by Steve and Sue Clock, who are absolutely thrilled about their new trailer. With it, they’ve been cranking out Ribs and Brisket, Jalapeno/Cheese Poppers and Fried Bacon Mac n Cheese Bites, Cheese Steaks and Kettle Corn (made every day with different flavors), all manner of delicious eats that are making us hungry! They’ve been bringing their truck to a variety of events in their area, with a well-lauded response from the people. The trailer itself was quite a project to put together, coming with a wrap set to the owner’s specifications. We absolutely love the logo and how it looks on the final result.
This trailer has ended up working out as one of our nicest builds, and it’s a favorite of ours still. It has an 8.5’X30’ frame with an old-school multi-frame concession window. Next to that is a window-box where we’ve installed a TV to be used for Menu display, slideshows, hosting a movie, watching sports games, or whatever they can imagine. On the back Porch hosts their Southern Pride Smoker with vertically rotating inner racks, mounted and welded to the floor (it’s not going ANYWHERE) and connected to the inside for ease of putting in and taking out meat for prep and service. This is separated outside with screen doors and a panel system in the back that takes out the whole wall in case any work on the smoker is needed. It even has its own propane tank just for it, while the front tanks supply fuel to the equipment inside.
Two screen doors on the porch give easy access to the Southern Pride smoker and allows for nice closed-door working on hot days. An Onan generator, attached to the front, is very quiet and you can barely hear anything inside the trailer. A full set-up on the interior basically leaves them open and ready to cook just about anything they can think of and want to, not to mention a bathroom for convenience (taken advantage of the space to get some other installs out of the way). We’ve installed counter and storage space wherever we could, and with the size of this puppy that equals to a lot, even with all the cooking equipment! There’s even MORE details left to explore in this truck, for every bit of information feel free to check out the video below! Bob gives a good tour.
