Today’s featured guest is Mark Baratelli founder of TheDailyCity.com and The Food Truck Bazaar, the world’s first ever food truck tour that held over 150 events in 2014 across Central Florida. Baratelli was recently inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame by the Orlando Sentinel and has also been referred to as “Orlando’s Food Truck Baron” by the same publication.
